I have to remember to be critical, and evaluate the main narrative of history and show my students what it means to question accepted stories.

1 My dream of an education had come true. It took so many years as I was in my 30’s by the time graduation came. Later, I was able to get my M.S. at SF State University – the 1st in my family to graduate from College.
